WinItAll was born from a clear but ambitious vision: to bridge the gap between casual competitive gaming and tangible real-world rewards. Unlike redesign projects with legacy data and existing frameworks, this venture started entirely from a blank canvas.

As the Senior Product Designer leading the product's UX/UI strategy, my mission was to transform an early-stage business concept into a fully functional, high-fidelity Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This required defining the core user experience, structuring the information architecture, and establishing a scalable design system from day one.

CHALLENGE

Balancing immersion with clarity

The real estate investment process was historically fragmented and manual. Investors had to juggle disconnected silos—banks, insurance, and property managers—leading to high cognitive overload and a 30-60 day closing cycle.

Building immediate trust

A massive disconnect existed between investment education (knowing what to do) and implementation (actually doing it).

Building a platform from 0 to 1 meant managing ambiguity and ruthlessly prioritizing core features. The goal wasn't just to design screens, but to map an ecosystem that felt intuitive to a first-time user. By collaborating closely with stakeholders, we isolated the essential pillars for the Minimum Viable Product

Frictionless Discovery

Enabling players to find, filter, and understand active tournaments effortlessly.

Seamless Inscription

Eliminating complex setup steps so players could join competitions instantly.

Transparent Progression

Designing clear visual indicators for live match status, brackets, and reward redemption.

Without legacy data to rely on, I structured the information architecture around a modular dashboard experience. I mapped out comprehensive user journeys in Figma to stress-test how a user would transition from discovery to participation, ensuring that critical data—such as entry requirements, prize pools, and countdown timers—remained accessible at a single glance.
